REFLEXOLOGY
Our Diploma exceeds ITEC standards and means you cover this amazing therapy in depth with lots of hands on experience. Reflexology, maybe more than other therapies, really uses your working knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology (AP&P) as you work to balance the body's systems through learning reflex points in this remarkable therapy (where you also get to sit down!). As one of the leading colleges of holistic training in the UK, we pride ourselves on our truly creative, pioneering and fun approach to teaching that has succeeded in inspiring generations of students to become confident and successful practitioners.
We believe the quality of training offered by the highly skilled and qualified team at the Academy of Natural Health (ANH) is second to none. Our vision is to empower you to develop your intuition, self belief and abilities through touch, bodywork and reflective practice, encouraging you to explore further however long you study with us. We are blessed to attract wonderful people who have wished to study and share with us over the last 20 years and maintain a strong community spirit around the school.
We offer something for everyone from learning to give a holistic treatment to friends and family in one introductory weekend through to Professional Diploma training on our Core Programmes of Reflexology, Reiki and Massage.
The Academy team of outstanding and dedicated tutors - led by Course Director and Principal Tutor, Sharon Bull - are not only experts in Holistic Therapies but bring with them years of professional practice across a range of complementary and alternative health disciplines. What's more, our office staff are holistic therapists too. So, you can be sure that you will be supported by experienced and knowledgeable people at every stage of your journey with us.
We also run an extensive postgraduate programme supporting practitioners with Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
Last but certainly not least, we offer and host a variety of community-based projects and groups to help keep you connected to the Academy family through our Spiritual Community.

We are a team of talented tutors bringing you a wide variety of massage and bodywork skills reflected in our courses. These include specialisms in Reiki, reflexology, pulsing, deep tissue, handsfree massage, hot stones, sports, pregnancy, Alexander Technique, aromatherapy, herbalism, nutrition, Thai yoga massage, tai ji, yoga, singing, dancing to name but a few.
Our courses are full of inspiration and include many techniques to help you to work safely and with confidence in the most natural and effective way, whether with friends and family or as your new career. We also offer ongoing support with supervisions and Continual Professional Development (CPD) with our postgraduate workshops and related events helping you to stay in touch with your bodywork and the Academy family and extend a warm welcome to therapists already qualified elsewhere. We are passionate about our approach to natural health and believe it has an important role to play in our society and everyday lives. |
